Mundanely Innocent Yazidis Faced Firing Squad
It has been reported that 23 Yazidis were lined up before a wall and mowed down in Northern Iraq. It was a retaliation slaughter, because a Yazidi woman had been stoned to death by Yazidis for converting to Islam. This is one backward religion against another.
Remember Jesus taught people that if someone harms them or offense them, they are to remain non-violent. If they are being persecuted for their religion (Christianity), they are not to try to save their lives in the flesh but rather trust in God that he will resurrect them into a heavenly existence, because they will have merited it. They will have been unselfish. They will have sacrificed to be Christlike examples to show the world the kind and degree of love necessary for perfect unity.
Some Bush/Cheney Administration Scandals You May Have Missed
It's difficult to keep up with, and to keep track of, all the antichrist behavior, the stream of un-conscience, of George W. Bush, his administration, and hardcore supporters.
Can anyone doubt that the Empire (whichever nation is most infected with that spirit at any given moment) is the biblical Beast and that its president is the prince of this world, the antithesis of the real savior?
- Claude Allen was Bush-43's domestic policy adviser. He pled guilty to making phony returns at discount stores. He was sentenced to two years probation and fined $500.
- Darleen Druyun was an Air Force procurement officer. Darleen Druyun went to prison for violating conflict-of-interest rules. Druyun leased Boeing refueling tankers to the tune of $23 billion. She then quit and went to work for Boeing. You aren't surprised.
- Matteo Fontana is a Department of Education official put on leave because he owned at least $100,000 worth of stocks in a student-loan company. His job is overseeing the student-loan industry. That too is conflict-of-interest. There would be no such thing as a conflict-of-interest if everyone had everyone's best interest at heart. That's what real Christianity is. That's not what Bush/Cheney thinks about. That's not their focus.
- J. Steven Griles was a deputy interior secretary. He is the highest-ranking Bush/Cheney official so far to have been convicted in the Abramoff scandal. He pled guilty. He had been an oil and gas lobbyist. We all know that the Bush/Cheney administration is a greedy, violent oil-industry administration.
- Julie MacDonald heads the Fish and Wildlife Service and has been accused by the Interior Department's inspector general of improperly leaking internal information to private groups. Also, even though MacDonald has no academic background in biology, she has overridden recommendations of agency biologists about how to protect endangered species. We aren't suggesting that people outside a certain field cannot make excellent managers. That, however, is not the pattern of Bush appointees. Bush appoints people for political and short-term economic gain. He has no vision. He is scripted by the worst of the mega-corporations. He is always putting on an act.
- Sue Ellen Wooldridge headed the environmental division of the US Justice Department. She bought a beach house with oil and gas industry lobbyists. Then she agreed to give the oil company one of the lobbyists represents more time to clean up air pollution at some refineries.
Do you see the pattern of corruption? Getting for self and the biggest appropriators of other people's inheritance and destroyers of the earth is the pattern. It defines satanic. It will fall.
US Japan to Build CO2 Emissions-Free Coal-Fired Energy Plant
They are going to sequester the CO2 at the plant. They're going to liquefy it and store it underground. It will be a small plant. It's for a prototype. They say it will be profitable by the 2020's. However, considering the global costs of global warming, it would be "profitable" from the very beginning.
What kinds of environmental problems, however, are not being openly discussed concerning sequestering CO2 underground in liquid form?
To use a compact fluorescent lamp/bulb on a dimmer switch, you must buy a bulb that's specifically made to work with dimmers.
Turning down the dimmer saves energy too. Also, at night, if you have the lights up in the room, you'll have to have the brightness up too on any computer screen, thereby using more energy than otherwise. Turn the lights down and turn the screen brightness down too.

Al-Qaeda 'Planning Big British attack': Prove It
The Sunday Times, April 22, 2007, says the following:
AL-QAEDA leaders in Iraq are planning the first "large-scale" terrorist attacks on Britain and other western targets with the help of supporters in Iran, according to a leaked intelligence report.
[Conveniently leaked as disinformation]
Spy chiefs warn that one operative had said he was planning an attack on "a par with Hiroshima and Nagasaki" in an attempt to "shake the Roman throne", a reference to the West.
Another plot could be timed to coincide with Tony Blair stepping down as prime minister, an event described by Al-Qaeda planners as a "change in the head of the company".
[So, say they know this. Well, now al Qaeda knows they know, so al Qaeda would have already changed plans and would be looking for the leak or mole in their operation. Also, if this so-called report were real rather than disinformation, to know as much as the report purports would indicate being deep on the inside and therefore the reporter would know many more details than is being suggested.]
The report, produced earlier this month and seen by The Sunday Times, appears to provide evidence that Al-Qaeda is active in Iran and has ambitions far beyond the improvised attacks it has been waging against British and American soldiers in Iraq.
There is no evidence of a formal relationship between Al-Qaeda, a Sunni group, and the Shi'ite regime of President Mah-moud [sic] Ahmadinejad, but experts suggest that Iran's leaders may be turning a blind eye to the terrorist organisation's activities.
The intelligence report also makes it clear that senior Al-Qaeda figures in the region have been in recent contact with operatives in Britain.
[Well then, British officials would pick up and deport those operatives in Britain. Also, notice what is supposed to be too subtle to discern.
General Peter Pace and George W. Bush have both said that they don't know and don't have any proof that Iran's leaders are behind all the things the Bush administration has been claiming (arming Iraqis, etc.). What is going on here is that the Bush/Blair administration is trying to lower the threshold for convincing the people to bomb Iran. Bush's people want the new threshold in the general American/British mind to be "turning a blind eye." Of course, it would still require Iran to prove a negative, which can never be done to the satisfaction of those who are making the demands, the covetous, the wicked.]
It follows revelations last year that up to 150 Britons had travelled to Iraq to fight as part of Al-Qaeda's "foreign legion". A number are thought to have returned to the UK, after receiving terrorist training, to form sleeper cells.
[This is ridiculous. If this were true knowledge on the part of MI5, then MI5 is just sitting back waiting for the attack to occur. Well, maybe the plan is another 7/7 for a pretext for an all out war on Islam so that the Anglo-American-Israeli Empire can wipe out everyone in the Middle East standing in the way of all the oil.]
The report was compiled by the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAC) - based at MI5's London headquarters - and provides a quarterly review of the international terror threat to Britain. It draws a distinction between Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda's core leadership, who are thought to be hiding on the Afghan-Pakistan border, and affiliated organisations elsewhere.
The document states: "While networks linked to AQ [Al-Qaeda] Core pose the greatest threat to the UK, the intelligence during this quarter has highlighted the potential threat from other areas, particularly AQI [Al-Qaeda in Iraq]."
The report continues: "Recent reporting has described AQI's Kurdish network in Iran planning what we believe may be a large-scale attack against a western target.
[You will notice how many different targets have been mentioned: Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Kurdistan, and everywhere al Qaeda supposedly operates, which according to the Pentagon is everywhere.]
"A member of this network is reportedly involved in an operation which he believes requires AQ Core authorisation. He claims the operation will be on 'a par with Hiroshima and Naga-saki' [sic] and will 'shake the Roman throne'. We assess that this operation is most likely to be a large-scale, mass casualty attack against the West."
[Is the contact an agent provoker working for the UK and US? Blair and Bush really "need" another 9/11 they will blame on all those pushing for sharia. Why don't they just declare war on Islam (by name) and say that they are killing two birds with one stone by getting Islam out of the way of the energy source in the Middle East? That would be horrible but decidedly more honest than what they are currently doing.

The report says there is "no indication" this attack would specifically target Britain, "although we are aware that AQI . . . networks are active in the UK".
[They are aware they are active, but they don't know any of the active members? They don't break them up and try them with hard evidence. This is all psy-ops being put out through the mainstream media. It's a farce. Bush/Cheney are more loyal to mammon than to nation. It's the military-industrial complex at work. It is globalization for the sake of the top oligarchs, the top kleptomaniacs.]
Analysts believe the reference to Hiroshima and Naga-saki, where more than 200,000 people died in nuclear attacks on Japan at the end of the second world war, is unlikely to be a literal boast.
"It could be just a reference to a huge explosion," said a counter-terrorist source. "They [Al-Qaeda] have got to do something soon that is radical otherwise they start losing credibility."
Despite aspiring to a nuclear capability, Al-Qaeda is not thought to have acquired weapons grade material. However, several plots involving "dirty bombs" - conventional explosive devices surrounded by radioactive material - have been foiled.

Last year Al-Qaeda's leader in Iraq called on nuclear scientists to apply their knowledge of biological and radiological weapons to "the field of jihad".
[Bush and Blair must be disappointed at the slow pace of the opposition in developing countervailing weapons. They've actually had to buy them from Russia. It seems that al Qaeda just isn't obliging enough. The US and UK are having a tough time inciting people.]
Details of a separate plot to attack Britain, "ideally" before Blair steps down this summer, were contained in a letter written by Abdul al-Hadi al-Iraqi, an Iraqi Kurd and senior Al-Qaeda commander.
["Details"? How detailed? The leak/disinformation is just enough to throw the fear into the hearts of the British and Americans if they are dull enough in the face of all that the Holy Spirit has revealed to them to buy it sight unseen.
The Holy Spirit has caused to be revealed all the torture, secret prisons, extraordinary renditions, lies, corruption, etc., so that the choice is too stark to deny. Those who side with the corrupt and corrupters will have no excuse of ignorance of that extremely stark choice. How will they escape damnation? According to the JTAC document, Hadi "stressed the need to take care to ensure that the attack was successful and on a large scale". The plan was to be relayed to an Iran-based Al-Qaeda facilitator.
[Count the number of times Iran is mentioned: Five times. That's to drum up support for attacking Iran without any justification whatsoever, without any proof, just as there was no justification or proof for attacking Iraq. It is just the same old lying dark art of the Machiavellians.]
The Home Office declined to comment.1
That article is just like The New York Times propaganda pieces done by Judith Miller in framing the pretext for the mundanely illegal war against Iraq. The same thing is still being done in the US by The New York Times propagandists, Michael Gordon.

And once again, you have, as Steven Rendall said, Gordon citing a one-sided array of anonymous sources charging the Iranian government with providing a particularly deadly variety of roadside bomb to Shia militias in Iraq. And you see the drumbeat building now around Iran with these same reporters.2

Israeli Defense Force Attacks Peaceful Protesters
Friday, the 20th of April 2007, the Israeli Defense Force tear-gassed and then shot with rubber bullets an unarmed and peaceful gathering of peace activists who were walking to the Bil'in Wall. After being brought to ambulances for treatment they returned to the non-violent demonstration. Among them was Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Mairead Corrigan Maguire.
What kind of person does that? A good person doesn't.
US Plans to Wall Off 10 Neighborhoods in Baghdad
The United States is defending a plan to construct a 12-foot-high concrete wall through parts of Baghdad to divide Sunni and Shiite neighborhoods. The US is walling off at least 10 neighborhoods despite opposition from Iraqi leaders. On Sunday, prime minister Nuri al-Maliki ordered the construction of the controversial walls to be halted, but the US military has given no indication it plans to change course.
US Forces to Use Biometric Technology to Track Residents in Baghdad
US forces are also planning to use biometric technology to track residents in Baghdad. Troops are compiling a neighborhood census by recording the fingerprints and eye patterns of residents. The deputy commander of American forces in Baghdad, brigadier general John Campbell, defended the measures. He said, "This is an area where we need to monitor people coming in and people coming out . . . and it is the only way we could do it."
It's a way of getting practice and working out the bugs in systems that will end up being forced upon US citizens in America as well.
Vermont Senate Backs Impeachment of Bush & Cheney
The Vermont state Senate has voted in favor of impeaching Bush and Cheney. By a 16 to nine vote, the Vermont Senate urged the state's US congressional delegation to introduce and support articles of impeachment. The Vermont Senate is the first state legislative chamber in the country to call for impeachment.
200th US Case: Convicted Then Exonerated by DNA
Jerry Miller, 48, who spent 25 years in prison for rape he didn't commit, became the 200th person in the US to be exonerated by DNA testing of evidence.
Think of all those who have been wrongfully put to death in capital cases.
Think of all the stolen years by wrongful conviction.

Mexico City Abortion Law Change
Mexico City's government voted to allow abortions under looser restrictions. The law had restricted abortions to cases of rape, severe birth defects, or where the life of the mother was in jeopardy. Incest apparently wasn't a factor. Now it appears that all abortions will be sanctioned during the first twelve weeks of pregnancy. Also, poor women will receive financial assistance for abortions.
We can't coerce women one way or the other; however, lust is loosened by abortion being seen as an easy fix. Loosening lust brings with it a loosening in greed and violence. In fact, abortion is violence.
The fighting continues to rage in Somalia as Ethiopians fight there in an attempt to crush the Muslims in favor of sharia. However in Ethiopia, there are troubles being stirred up as nine Chinese and 65 Ethiopians were killed and seven Chinese were kidnapped. The Chinese were working the oil industry there.
China has many contracts and buyers and traders in Africa. They don't pay well and haven't shown much interest in safety, environmental protection, or in preventing child labor. They are also bumping heads with Western companies despite China's aggressive measures to avoid Westerners in Africa when possible.
How soon will military conflict begin between the US and China over Africa?
The Ogaden National Liberation Front claimed responsibility for the attack.
Newt Gingrich Makes Things Worse
Former US speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich said that armed students could have stopped Cho at Virginia Tech. It is stupid to promote that. More armed students would increase the temptation for resorting to gun fights.
This is a person many look to, to be the next president. Thank God he doesn't stand a chance. Everything he's contributed so far to society has been negative.
US Home Sales Lowest in 18 Years
There is no denying that the Federal Reserve caused this. It caused all the coming foreclosures. The whole usurious system is corrupt. People need to start pumping as much of their earnings as possible into a completely different system, one that will bring forth where money isn't required to live and to eat and to have a much better life, not quantity or just technology but quality.
Representative Dennis Kucinich Introduced Articles of Impeachment Against Dick Cheney
Thank you very much for being here.
We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights; that, among these, are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; that, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; and, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it.
These words from the Declaration of Independence are instructive at this moment. Because not only whenever any form of government, but whenever any government official becomes destructive of the founding purposes, that official or those officials must be held accountable.
Because I believe the vice president's conduct of office has been destructive to the founding purposes of our nation, today, I have introduced House Resolution 333, Articles of Impeachment Relating to Vice President Richard B. Cheney. I do so in defense of the rights of the American people to have a government that is honest and peaceful.
It became obvious to me that this vice president, who was a driving force for taking the United States into a war against Iraq under false pretenses, is once again rattling the sabers of war against Iran with the same intent to drive America into another war, again based on false pretenses.
Let me cite from the articles of impeachment that were introduced this afternoon, Article I, that Richard Cheney had purposely manipulated the intelligence process to deceive the citizens and the Congress of the United States by fabricating a threat of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction to justify the use of the United States armed forces against the nation of Iraq in a manner damaging to our national security.
That despite all evidence to the contrary, the vice president actively and systematically sought to deceive the citizens and the Congress of the United States about an alleged threat of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction.
That preceding the March 2003 invasion of Iraq, the vice president was fully informed that no legitimate evidence existed of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. The vice president pressured the intelligence community to change their findings to enable the deception of the citizens and the Congress of the United States.
That in this the vice president subverted the national security interests of the United States by setting the stage for the loss of more than 3,300 United States service members and the loss of 650,000 Iraqi citizens since the United States invasion; the loss of approximately $500 billion in war costs, which has increased our federal debt; the loss of military readiness within the United States armed services, through an overextension and lack of training and lack of equipment; and the loss of United States credibility in the world affairs and decades of likely blowback created by the invasion of Iraq.
That with respect to Article II, that Richard Cheney manipulated the intelligence process to deceive the citizens and the Congress of the United States about an alleged relationship between Iraq and Al Qaida in order to justify the use of United States armed forces against the nation of Iraq in a manner damaging to our national security.
And that, despite all evidence to the contrary, the vice president actively and systematically sought to deceive the citizens and Congress of the United States about an alleged relationship between Iraq and Al Qaida.
That preceding to the March 2003 invasion of Iraq, the vice president was fully informed that no credible evidence existed of a working relationship between Iraq and Al Qaida, a fact articulated in several official documents.
With respect to Article III, that in his conduct while vice president of the United States, Richard Cheney openly threatened aggression against the Republic of Iran, absent any real threat to the United States, and has done so with the United States's proven capability to carry out such threats, thus undermining the national security interests of the United States.
That despite no evidence that Iran has the intention or the capability of attacking the United States, and despite the turmoil created by the United States's invasion of Iraq, the vice president has openly threatened aggression against Iran.
Furthermore, I point out in the articles that Article VI of the United States Constitution states, and I quote, "This Constitution and the laws of the United States shall be made in pursuance thereof and all treaties made or which shall be made under the authority of the United States shall be the supreme law of the land. Any provision of an international treaty ratified by the United States becomes the law of the United States."
The United States is signatory to the U.N. Charter, a treaty among the nations of the world. Article II, Section 4 of the United Nations Charter states, and I quote, "All members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations."
The articles conclude by pointing out that the vice president's deception upon the citizens and the Congress of the United States that enabled the failed United States invasion of Iraq forcibly altered the rules of diplomacy so that the vice president recent belligerent actions toward Iran are destabilizing and counterproductive to the national security of the United States of America.
These articles of impeachment are not brought forth lightly. I've carefully weighed the options available to members of Congress and found this path the path that is the most important to take.
The justifications used to lead our nation to war have unquestionably been disproved. Brave soldiers and innocent civilians have lost their lives in a war the United States should never have initiated. The weight of the lies used to lead us into war has grown heavier with each death. Now is the time for Congress to examine the actions that led us into this war, just as we must work to bring the troops home. This resolution is a very serious matter, and I will urge the Committee on Judiciary to investigate and carefully consider this resolution.
...let's go into Article I. "Mr. Cheney: 'We know they have biological and chemical weapons.'" Said this in a press conference on March 17th, 2002. "We know they're pursuing nuclear weapons." He said this in a press briefing on March 19th, 2002. "He is pursuing, activity pursuing nuclear weapons at this time." He said this on "CNN Late Edition," March 24th. "We know he's got chemical and biological, and we know he's working on nuclear." "Meet the Press," May 19th: "But we know Saddam has resumed his efforts to acquire nuclear weapons." "There is no doubt he's amassing them against our friends, against our allies and against us." August 26th, 2002. On and on and on. "He has in fact activity and aggressively seeking to acquire nuclear weapons." September 8th, 2002, "Meet the Press." "He has in fact reconstituted nuclear weapons." March 16th, "Meet the Press."
The case makes itself.
World Bank Oversight Board Calls on Wolfowitz to Resign
Paul Wolfowitz has received a new setback in his fight to keep his job at the helm of the World Bank. The Financial Times is reporting the World Bank's independent oversight agency has asked for Wolfowitz's immediate resignation. In a memo, the Independent Evaluation Group said Wolfowitz's continued tenure would cause the Bank "irreparable harm." The call comes just days after a group of forty-two former World Bank executives also urged Wolfowitz to step down.

Saudis Claim Terrorists Stopped
The Saudi's are claiming to have broken up a huge terrorist plot. They are being commended by the Bush administration. This comes at a time when the Saudis are buying weapons from the US. Israel had complained.
The timing is convenient.
Cuba Lifts Ban on US Long-Grain Rice
Some long-grain rice in the US had showed traces of a genetically modified strain not approved for human consumption.
UN Security Council Voted to Allow Liberia to Export Diamonds Again
Liberia had been a huge source of diamonds smuggled around Africa for weapons deals. Many of the civil wars in Africa were financed this way. To slow and stop some of the violence, an embargo had been put in place. Now all the diamonds to move from Liberia are to be certified in a tight system that is to not allow for clandestine weapons deals.
Secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice, Doesn't Want to Face Congress
Condi Rice is being resistant to the idea of testifying to a Democratically controlled Congress about the lead-up to the Iraq War. If they hold hearings on impeachment, then she'll talk.
Gonzales Aide Granted Immunity for Testimony
The House Judiciary Committee has approved an immunity deal for a former key aide to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. Monica Goodling had vowed to invoke her constitutional right to avoid self-incrimination if forced to testify about her role in the attorney dismissals.
These immunity deals have always been a terrible idea. She's being rewarded for being guilty.
The House will say that they wouldn't have been able to get the information otherwise. Well, frankly, it is worse for the Republicans if she refused to testify and isn't given immunity.
That doesn't sound very Christian does it? That's because it's being subjected to the mundane.
The divine is that she needs to tell the truth and no body else should lessen the importance of that just so others can be caught.
Bush Administration Asks for New Restrictions on Guantanano Attorneys
The Bush administration has renewed a push to deny Guantanano prisoners access to their attorneys. In a new filing to a federal appeals court, the Justice Department proposes to allow just three visits for an existing lawyer and one visit for a prospective lawyer. The rules would also deny attorneys access to secret evidence while letting military officials and lawyers read attorney-client mail. The Justice Department says it wants the changes in part because attorney contacts have allowed prisoners to communicate indirectly with the media. It also says lawyers don't have access rights because the prisoners are foreign nationals held in a base in a foreign country.
Jonathan Hafetz of the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University, said: "These rules are an effort to restore GuantÃ¡namo to its prior status as a legal black hole."
These are the requests of a fascist, Nazi-leaning, disgusting administration.
Venezuela: Murder Capital of the World?
According to Alvaro Vargas Llosa:
...there have been 10,000 homicides per year in Venezuela since ChÃ¡vez became president, giving the country the highest per-capita murder rate in the world.3
We wonder about the details of such a statement. Who's killing whom? What is the background? What is the history?
He also said:
Ortega became a capitalist millionaire thanks to the distribution of government assets and confiscated property that the Sandinista leaders split among themselves after losing the 1990 elections.
This is in reference to Daniel Ortega, the current president of Nicaragua and who was the Nicaraguan Sandinista leader who fought the US puppet dictatorship and then the Reagan Contras. He's accusing Ortega of embezzling money from the poverty-stricken nation. What is the evidence?
In his article, Alvaro Vargas Llosa makes some valid points against the "left"; however, his article is completely one-sided. He doesn't admit for a moment any valid point from that left. It's as if imperialism and colonialism had zero negative impact.
He also completely ignores the success of employee ownership, profit sharing, various communes around the world, etc. He seems to believe that only privatized mega corporations are the path to wealth. Well, they've proven to be the path to ruination. Just look at the environment.
Don't blame the environmental problems suffered under the Soviet Union on the egalitarians. Lenin and Stalin and others were far from true egalitarians. They just wanted state capitalism with hyper industrialization to increase their raw political power.

Canada's "Conservatives" Reneging on Kyoto
Self-styled conservatives running Canada aren't even going to try to meet Canada's emissions-reduction commitments under the Kyoto Protocol. They claim they are balancing the economy against the environment.
That's why the bees are dying!
There won't be an "economy" without a habitable environment. There won't be any decent quality of life. If they're hoping they can outrace environmental damage by protecting themselves behind layers of technological advancements, it isn't going to happen. The evil ones are not going to be allowed to gain the power over nature, time, and space, etc., they desire. The forces already in control of those things aren't going to cede such powers to those who are totally irresponsible, self-centered, violent, and depraved.
The rate of technological advancement isn't going to keep pace countering the negative impact of unbridled greed. Having a good working conscience that tells one when one is acting in a blameworthy manner is required. A guilty conscience is required for repentance. Repentance is required for salvation. Science and technology won't do it. Money won't do it.
The capitalists and libertarians will either wake up to the reality that giving and sharing all in righteousness is the only way or they will be taken in their iniquity.
Mainstream Coverage of First Democratic Presidential Primary Debate of 2007
Looking around at the coverage of the first debate of the Democrats running for US president, if one pays attention to who gets the attention and the subject matter covered, one sees that the coverage is driven by the polls and the polls are driven by the coverage.
This is no service to the people. It is a service to the oligarchs. They will make people famous who will run on platforms conducive to the oligarchs. They will ignore those who are most interested in what is best for the common people. The more peaceful and the more egalitarian, etc., the person, the less the mainstream will publicize that person. Peace and sharing are anathemas to the oligarchs who make their living off the capitalist military-industrial complex where the common people are wage slaves at best.
One notices the absence of focus upon representative Dennis Kucinich's Articles of Impeachment against Dick Cheney. None of the other candidates expressed a willingness to pursue impeachment. Why are those democrats reluctant?
Kucinich is absolutely correct in pointing out that Bush/Cheney is positioning to attack Iran based upon fabrications, figments of their greed. Their covetousness is insatiable. They will conjure up anything to get for self.
This is not an endorsement of Dennis Kucinich for president of the US. The Church doesn't endorse anyone for mundane, secular office. Dennis is running for leader of the world. If he were to win, he'd be the reigning prince of darkness no matter how enlightened he'd like to consider himself. The old wineskin cannot hold the new wine.
Homeless in America
The US government says there are about 754,000 homeless in the US. There are only about 454,000 beds in shelters and transitional housing. That means that some 300,000 live on the streets, in tents, shanties, or out of their cars.
Jesus didn't have a home. He called upon people to love one another, so they spiked him to a cross.

According to the IRS, "Know the law: Avoid political campaign intervention":
Tax-exempt section 501(c)(3) organizations like churches, universities, and hospitals must follow the law regarding political campaigns. Unfortunately, some don't know the law.
Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are prohibited from participating in any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. The prohibition applies to campaigns at the federal, state and local level.
Violation of this prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes. Section 501(c)(3) private foundations are subject to additional restrictions.
Political Campaign Intervention
Political campaign intervention includes any activities that favor or oppose one or more candidates for public office. The prohibition extends beyond candidate endorsements.
Contributions to political campaign funds, public statements of support or opposition (verbal or written) made by or on behalf of an organization, and the distribution of materials prepared by others that support or oppose any candidate for public office all violate the prohibition on political campaign intervention.
Factors in determining whether a communication results in political campaign intervention include the following:
- Whether the statement identifies one or more candidates for a given public office
- Whether the statement expresses approval or disapproval of one or more candidates' positions and/or actions
- Whether the statement is delivered close in time to the election
- Whether the statement makes reference to voting or an election
- Whether the issue addressed distinguishes candidates for a given office
Many religious organizations believe, as we do, that the above constitutes a violation of the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
That said, we make the following absolutely clear here:
- The Real Liberal Christian Church and Christian Commons Project not only do not endorse any candidate for any secular office, we say that Christianity forbids voting in such elections.
- Furthermore, when we discuss any public-office holder's position, policy, action or inaction, we definitely are not encouraging anyone to vote for that office holder's position.
- We are not trying to influence secular elections but rather want people to come out from that entire fallen system.
- When we analyze or discuss what is termed "public policy," we do it entirely from a theological standpoint with an eye to educating professing Christians and those to whom we are openly always proselytizing to convert to authentic Christianity.
- It is impossible for us to fully evangelize and proselytize without directly discussing the pros and cons of public policy and the positions of secular-office holders, hence the unconstitutionality of the IRS code on the matter.
- We are not rich and wouldn't be looking for a fight regardless. What we cannot do is compromise our faith (which seeks to harm nobody, quite the contrary).
- We render unto Caesar what is Caesar's. We render unto God what is God's.
- When Caesar says to us that unless we shut up about the unrighteousness of Caesar's policies and practices, we will lose the ability of people who donate to us to declare their donations as deductions on their federal and state income-tax returns, we say to Caesar that we cannot shut up while exercising our religion in a very reasonable way.
- We consider the IRS code on this matter as deliberate economic duress (a form of coercion) and a direct attempt by the federal government to censor dissenting, free political and religious speech.
- It's not freedom of religion if they tax it.
And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute? He saith, Yes.
