Senator Barack Obama has emerged as the leading fundraiser for the second quarter of this year.
Obama pulled in thirty-two point five million dollars in donations almost all for the primary race. Most of the money came from small donations averaging two hundred dollars, meaning those same donors can contribute again. Senator Hillary Clinton came in second at twenty-seven million dollars. Former North Carolina Senator John Edwards was third at nine million.
Comment July 3rd: Just think of what real good could be done with all that money. Just think of the arable land it could purchase for real Christian communes where real Christians could live and work to raise food for themselves and to feed the hungry, etc., all for free, just as God intended and intends. Bring forth.
