Comment: This article may sound like an argument for private insurance. It is exactly the opposite. The rich (doctors) use private insurance, which causes even less emphasis to be placed upon the quality of care under socialized medicine. The article correctly states that cutting funding has caused the problem. It means that selfishness has caused the problem. The more selfishness there is, the more there are spreading problems in the world. It\'s that simple.

Obviously, the moves made beginning with the Margaret Thatcher regime caused the increase in problems.
