"Insha' Allah" is Arabic for "God willing." It is revealing of a number of things. For one, the Arabs often use this expression when they talk about potential victory over their enemies. Well, God doesn't listen to prayers for better killing, maiming, and destruction. Just look at those who are the best at these things and see just how far from God they are. For another thing, the expression is an inherent expression of doubt. They don't know what God will support. Jesus made clear that it is doubt that keeps God from doing.
The reason the Muslims use this expression in this way may seem to them to be respectful but it is to not know God's will.
