ALBERTO GONZALES RESIGNATION

US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales has resigned his position. It would be a relief; however, we can count upon George W. Bush to select a neocon or neocon-leaning replacement.

What a shame it is that America has been seeing itself reflected in its chosen leaders. Well, it is and isn't a shame.

It is a shame that the hearts and minds of the American people in general aren't better so that their leaders could be such that they would lead the entire world on the path of righteousness rather than into the bowels of hell with torture and all the rest of the symptoms of spiritual disease and death.

It isn't a shame in the sense that once told the people can see their way better to changing direction toward godliness.
