RLCC comment follows this blockquote:

Pervez Musharraf amnesty for Benazir Bhutto is challenged in Supreme court. The court will hear five petitions after three weeks and have served notice to Attorney General of Pakistan. These petitions are filed by the religious opposition parties. Pervez Musharraf is trying to defend his decision with silly excuses that his decision is in the better interest of Pakistan to create political stability. Pervez Musharraf was talking to the host of Hard Talk BBC, he look very uncomfortable answering the question, his lack of confidence was showing in all his answers because he did not have conviction.

Pervez Musharraf decision to drop Benazir Bhutto corruption charges is wrong. She must face the trail for all these corruption charges. Benazir Bhutto, if she is clean, should must face the trials instead of insisting that she is innocent. This is real tragedy of democracy that the criminals get elected by ignorant people.

RLCC Comment: George W. Bush's handlers have picked Benazir Bhutto. Evil agrees with evil. She's agreed to do the bidding of the dark prince of this world who will continue to rule through one leader after another. Who will be the next President of the United States?

The following should appear at the end of every post:

According to the IRS, "Know the law: Avoid political campaign intervention":

Tax-exempt section 501(c)(3) organizations like churches, universities, and hospitals must follow the law regarding political campaigns. Unfortunately, some don't know the law.

Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are prohibited from participating in any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. The prohibition applies to campaigns at the federal, state and local level.

Violation of this prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes. Section 501(c)(3) private foundations are subject to additional restrictions.

Political Campaign Intervention

Political campaign intervention includes any activities that favor or oppose one or more candidates for public office. The prohibition extends beyond candidate endorsements.

Contributions to political campaign funds, public statements of support or opposition (verbal or written) made by or on behalf of an organization, and the distribution of materials prepared by others that support or oppose any candidate for public office all violate the prohibition on political campaign intervention.

Factors in determining whether a communication results in political campaign intervention include the following:

  • Whether the statement identifies one or more candidates for a given public office
  • Whether the statement expresses approval or disapproval of one or more candidates' positions and/or actions
  • Whether the statement is delivered close in time to the election
  • Whether the statement makes reference to voting or an election
  • Whether the issue addressed distinguishes candidates for a given office

Many religious organizations believe, as we do, that the above constitutes a violation of the First Amendment of the US Constitution.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

That said, we make the following absolutely clear here:

  • The Real Liberal Christian Church and Christian Commons Project not only do not endorse any candidate for any secular office, we say that Christianity forbids voting in such elections.
  • Furthermore, when we discuss any public-office holder's position, policy, action or inaction, we definitely are not encouraging anyone to vote for that office holder's position.
  • We are not trying to influence secular elections but rather want people to come out from that entire fallen system.
  • When we analyze or discuss what is termed "public policy," we do it entirely from a theological standpoint with an eye to educating professing Christians and those to whom we are openly always proselytizing to convert to authentic Christianity.
  • It is impossible for us to fully evangelize and proselytize without directly discussing the pros and cons of public policy and the positions of secular-office holders, hence the unconstitutionality of the IRS code on the matter.
  • We are not rich and wouldn't be looking for a fight regardless. What we cannot do is compromise our faith (which seeks to harm nobody, quite the contrary).
  • We render unto Caesar what is Caesar's. We render unto God what is God's.
  • When Caesar says to us that unless we shut up about the unrighteousness of Caesar's policies and practices, we will lose the ability of people who donate to us to declare their donations as deductions on their federal and state income-tax returns, we say to Caesar that we cannot shut up while exercising our religion in a very reasonable way.
  • We consider the IRS code on this matter as deliberate economic duress (a form of coercion) and a direct attempt by the federal government to censor dissenting, free political and religious speech.
  • It's not freedom of religion if they tax it.

And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute? He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers? Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free. (Matthew 17:24-26)

RLCC agree with your comments. Thanks, looking at your website it will be good addition on my blogroll. We peace loving people must unite.

    • Hello QB,

Peace loving people do definitely need to unite.

Please be clear about our site, while we don't want to dissuade you from adding us to your Blogroll, understand that we strongly disagree with certain (many) of Mohammed's teachings. It is clear from our reading of the Qur'an that Mohammed taught his followers that he, Mohammed, received a revelation from the archangel Gabriel telling him that the version of the Gospels in The Bible is not the real story of Jesus Christ. Mohammed said Jesus is not the Son of God. Yet, Mohammed said Jesus was a real prophet. We believe Mohammed started a religion to create a worldly empire. We also know that Mohammed is said to have wondered himself whether or not he had been visited by a demon (an evil jinn) disguised as an archangel. We won't go into it all right here right now though.

Mohammed also engaged in war making and what we term caravan raiding, which are anathema to real Christians. We are pacifists and against taking anything by force. The Americans over in the Middle East killing people and stealing oil are not Christians.

We also know that the law of Islamic nations is to ban The Bible. We say emphatically that we are opposed to religious coercion. Are you for Sharia, as we are for everyone following the two Great Commandments as interpreted by Jesus Christ and for following Jesus's New Commandment, which for us (we are certain) is the summation of the whole law of God? The New Commandment forces no one. Sharia forces. Can those two laws be on the same planet side-by-side without those of Sharia turning to force those of the New Commandment? We don't see how. The home planet would be a divided house that cannot stand. That is why we believe that everyone who is to survive will come to the good shepherd who is Jesus.

Of course, you apparently are not restricted in terms of your access to The Bible and to the teaching on our site, which is singularly unique as far as we know.

May God bless you that you read our site and be found to be one of the lost sheep of the fold of Jesus Christ. His spiritual family does not discriminate on account of ethnicity.

If you are a person of peace, why don't you go all the way with it and follow the Prince of Peace as a Christian (a pacifist)? Surely one can't be a pacifist and also a strict follower of Mohammed? As you are probably aware, Jesus said blessed are the peacemakers, if you accept that the Gospels are faithful in repeating his words, possibly not verbatim in every instance but certainly true to the spirit he was working to get across.

Well, we are glad for the ability to at least speak the truth to you. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free and welcome to voice them on our site. God bless you, QB. God bless everyone in the Middle East.

QB, go ahead and bless them that curse you. Return good for evil. Love those who call you enemy. Leave vengeance to God. We do.

      Tom User,

My blog Quran - Bible is not about religion. This blog is about the truth, religious or political. I criticize all three religious scholars Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

I did study Old Testament and New Testament (Gospel) as well as Quran so can reply to all your questions but that will create bitterness between us, so religion or no religion is one's very person God given choice.

You are not the only Christian link on my blogroll, have Rev. Kevin Bean also Rabbi Michael Lerner. Also have the link to all versions of Bible. This is my effort to bring Christians, Jews and Muslims to start respecting each other religions without trying to bring others into their own. We might have religious differences but that does not mean we can't live peacefully together on earth.

PS: I am not religious scholar. Study Bible and Qur'an which give me broader view of God. If you do not like linking your website, let me know I will remove it immediately.

      God bless you Tom Usher.

    • Hello again, QB,

Most people do become bitter. It is though against Christianity to harbor any bitterness. Many people who claim to be Christians ignore that truth. We all need forgiveness.

Of course, you do understand that a Christian must offer Christianity to others. What I've said to you so far is as much as I will say now that you've made it clear that you've read the Gospels and know that you are welcome to read and to consider everything on this website.

You wrote, "We might have religious differences but that does not mean we can't live peacefully together on earth." I know that not all of those who call themselves Christians will see the light and turn to pacifism. What can be done about those in Islam who believe that it is right to force others to worship Allah or lose their heads? I do understand that Mohammed tolerated Jews who follow only the Old Testament and Christians who follow the New Testament. He did though require them to pay Jizya. Of course, this was a tax.

Many people calling themselves Christians are not opposed to taxes. The Real Liberal Christian Church though is for the completely voluntary common treasury (no taxes)--the way the first Apostles lived. Certainly though, the Jizya was no more onerous than the current income tax in the United States. It did though have the flavor of protection money.

Well, of course you are free to answer or not answer whatever you choose. As for removing the links, I intend to leave what is here. It is good for people to see where we stand. Let them decide for themselves as the spirit moves.

We are glad you are a person striving to understand peace. May God bless you with the full answer while you are here in this stage of your existence.

      No hardhearted feelings,

PSIONICS Gateway to Powerful Healing, Prosperity & Love and much more!

    • Hear the words of the Lord.

I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Do you hear him calling his flock to "Psionics"? He is not. Faith in God is not "Psionics."

We don't need this word, "Psionics." The faith taught and shown by Jesus for righteousness' sake signifies.

This "Psionics" is distraction. Jesus fulfilled all the law.

Don't be misled. Don't mislead others onto the wide path.

See the light. Be led to the strait gate. Enter in, and follow the narrow way.

Wicca is not the narrow way that is Christianity. Wicca is antichrist. Wicca leads to the other: Darkness that kills the soul. Don't go there. Come out away from the spirit that harms. Turn, repent, and atone.

This is what you came here to hear. Overcome. Learn the language of the revelation of Jesus Christ who is the Lord in Heaven. Learn what is real.

That word heals and saves and no other.

If you learn and turn, you will be blessed and a blessing. If not, you will remain dead of the Holy Spirit of truth.
