HUNGER AND HOMELESSNESS SURVEY

15% of needy households with children receive no aid. 23% of America's urban homeless are families with children. Foreclosures and inflation are making things worse. There are approximately 700,000 homeless. The US Census Bureau says 13 million children and 36.5 million people total live in poverty in the U.S.

There are about 300 million people in the country, so more than 10% live below the poverty line. It's shameful.
