U.S. NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS) SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING...THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE

Yesterday, I posted my article, "New York City Shall Make No Law Respecting...the Right of the People Peaceably to Assemble."

Now I read that the U.S. National Park Service (NPS) wants to ban or limit protests on the National Mall. ("Defend Free Speech Rights on the National Mall!" by Josh Nelson. The Seminal. January 11th, 2008.) It's unconstitutional for the same reasons I gave concerning New York City's limiting protests on the Great Lawn.

There is no doubt about it. The United States has been in a class struggle since before its founding. After all, the elitist didn't even want the Bill of Rights in the Constitution. Think about it. Only the common people forced it in.

Jesus saw the class struggle. He knew the powers that be at the time were hardhearted, selfish despots. He knew he had to go through with the prophecy to expose them for all time. What a hero! He's still exposing them. He has won, and he will continue winning until they are gone.
