Mitt Romney says that fuel-efficient standards should be lifted so automakers may compete. Well, what do fuel standards that each company must meet have to do with preventing them from competing? The company that competes the best at meeting or exceeding the standards is the one that the people will reward. Romney is inconsistent.

Why is anyone making autos that pollute? They are doing it, because of interlocking directorates and shareholders who own huge blocks of stocks in both auto making and so-called fossil fuels.

The Church is for standards set by the goodhearted.
