BRITISH COURT OF APPEAL OVERTURNS THOUGHT CRIME

"Five students win terror appeal," BBC. Wednesday, February 13, 2008.

The convictions of five young Muslim men [Irfan Raja, Awaab Iqbal, Aitzaz Zafar, Akbar Butt, Usman Malik] jailed over extremist literature have been quashed by the Appeal Court.

Human beings are so far not competent to pass judgment based upon such little information as ethnicity and the content of literature.
