Reuters - President George W. Bush said on
Wednesday that the United States was not planning to build new military bases in Africa and played down the risk of rivalry with China for influence on the continent.

RLCC: That's false propaganda coming from Bush. The U.S. has a strategic rivalry with Russia, China, and now India and somewhat Brazil. The neocons made it very clear decades ago that they seek world hegemony in all sectors. China is competing against the Empire. That's what the Empire wanted. It was a way to open China as a market to come to own and control, which it will. The global plutocrats are not going to sit by while there is more privatizing to be had, including in China and Russia. It's a chess game that the biggest liars and cheaters always win even as they lose their souls.
