RLCC: This is a short overview of the problem of neoliberal economics in South Africa. Why are there Black South African billionaires when some 45-50% of South African Blacks live in poverty? There is no excuse in South Africa for such a gap in wealth just as there is no excuse in the U.S or anywhere else.
