In Tatters Beneath a Surge of Claims
by Ali al-Fadhily and Dahr Jamail

Unidentified bodies of Iraqis killed by militias continue to appear in Baghdad and other Iraqi cities. The Iraqi government has issued instructions to all security and health offices not to give out the body count to the media. Dozens of bodies are found every day across Baghdad, residents say. Morgue officials confirm this.

RLCC: How does anyone know how much the Surge has reduced violence when the body count is censored?

The people of Iraq have been treated as dogs by the U.S. It's ethnic bigotry. It's all for the sake of the military-industrial complex and how rich the neocons have become by being heavily invested in the war and death machine and what drives it and supports it, such as, among other things, oil.
