CUBANS ALLOWED TO STAY AT TOURIST HOTELS

Reuters - President Raul Castro's government
lifted an unpopular ban on Cubans staying at resort hotels
reserved exclusively for foreigners on Monday in a new step to
ease restrictions in the communist state.
