AGRARIAN LAND REFORMS MAY BE IN ARGENTINA'S FUTURE: ARGENTINE TAX CHIEF TAKES OVER AS ECONOMY MINISTER (AFP)

AFP - Carlos Fernandez, the head of Argentina's tax collection agency, took over as economy minister Friday after his predecessor was sacked amid spiralling inflation and anger among farmers.

RLCC Comment: This is a classic case of the landed versus the interests of the poor.
