U.S. ATTORNEY ERIC HOLDER EITHER BEING DUMB WITHOUT KNOWING IT OR JUST CONTINUING IMPUNITY CONCEPT CONCERNING TORTURE
Obama administration U.S. Attorney Eric Holder said, "it would be unfair to prosecute any official who acted in good faith based on legal guidance from the Justice Department."
There is no such thing as an "official who acted in good faith based on legal guidance from the Justice Department" that supposedly authorized torture. This is exactly why the CIA demanded the phony legal cover so that they could roll it out afterwards, as in now. They all knew. They were all required to know. It was part of the job description. They don't have a cover. It's phony. You, Eric Holder, really know this. You're being disingenuous. It's obvious.
In addition, prosecution is not the same thing as sentencing. Prosecute them. Worry about the sentencing when the time comes. First establish guilt or innocence under the mundane law or stop prosecuting anyone, anywhere, about anything, and forevermore.
If you want to forgive them, that's a different matter from getting to the bottom of things to expose truth to edify. The people need to know what their government has been up to so they can make future informed decisions as to whom they will or won't support to act as the nation's shepherd. Without knowledge, consent is moot.
