AutoLaw: Toward a new Paradigm of Law Enforcement

Is this way out in the future, right around the corner, or already here? It's already here but hasn't been fully rolled out. The powers that be are working on it. I don't mean they are all working on the ethical solution suggested by Robin Lynn Ore. It's a mixed group behind the developments. Some people want what's right. Many want what will only put them on top, a la the villainous, torturous, Satanic spirit showing forth in George Orwell's "Nineteen Eighty-Four," even though the protagonist, Winston Smith, was no paragon of virtue himself.
