Tom Usher wrote or added | The NIST started with an assumption and designed their computer model around how to make the model replicate the assumption. NIST reportedly did no physical testing of materials. Wrong dimensions and wrong building-code info was apparently used. Also, NIST has refused to comply with FOIA requests by appealing to specious reasons.
"Abundant and well documented evidence suggesting the controlled demolition of WTC 7—including news videos, witnesses hearing explosions, foreknowledge of the collapse, first responder reports of molten metal in the debris, extreme surface temperatures recorded by NASA thermal imaging for weeks following the collapse, and evidence of melted structural steel—was simply ignored."
"Specifically NIST has failed to explain evidence of extreme temperatures and the presence of highly reactive pyrotechnic materials discovered in the debris. The NIST analyses, therefore, have not fulfilled the legal requirement—as stated in the NCST Act of 2002—to determine the most likely cause or causes of the collapse.
