Bad Privatization: Private contractors' deepening reach in US intelligence

Tom Usher wrote or added | The intelligence community had to hire private contractors because the private contractors hired away the most experienced public intelligence employees for higher pay. Hello, the public then says to the private, "No contracts." Why did they start down that path if not to privatize? Who's fooling whom? It's a joke for anyone to fall for this garbage. Privatization has cost more and led to worse info and decisions — mixed loyalties and ulterior motives.
