I agree with much of this article, but the following statement is far from accurate: "In the 1930s, the Nazis scapegoated Jews, Roma people, gays and others to deflect workers' attention from the banks and corporations responsible for the Great Depression." The Nazis blamed the bankers and international financiers of having stabbed the German's in the back during WWI by not funding the Germans. The Nazis tied Jewishness to banking since so many major bankers were in fact Jews. The Nazis certainly got carried away though lumping all Jews together. It's the same mistake most Zionists make lumping all Arabs together.
