"'No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.' Treason is a crime that the Constitution specifically requires be proven with due process in court, not by unilateral presidential decree. And that's to say nothing of the fact that the same document — the Constitution — expressly forbids the deprivation of life 'without due process of law.'"
To Hell with "states secrets" where there is no due process. I don't recognize such powers. Barack Obama doesn't have such powers. We didn't give him such powers. If he kills anyone under the pretense of having such powers, he should be impeached and removed from office and immediately arrested and tried and convicted for murder in the first degree.
Well, that's the mundane approach anyway. I'd really like Obama to stop, turn, repent, and atone for the war crimes clearly he's already committed.
Like a deer in the headlights, Obama is awestruck and incapable of stopping "The Unfinished Crimes and Plunder of Anglo-American Imperialism"
