It's events such as this that make Islam look very, very weak. The article doesn't say what she allegedly said to "defame" Mohammed.
If I were to say that he had sexual intercourse with his nine-year-old "bride," would that be defaming him? Important text generally accepted within Islam and many, many noted Muslim scholars say he did.
What could one say to defame him, that he robbed caravans murdering caravan members in the process. It's part of his known history that he did that as a Muslim.
If he was a pedophile and/or a thief and killer and unrepentant about it, why follow him as a spiritual leader rather than someone who was and is better than that?
It's because of truth-telling such as this of mine on Facebook that many Islamic nations are blocking Facebook. It won't last in this world with that approach. People are waking up, including Muslims.
It's time to face the truth.
Thanks for speaking out Tom.. too many of these things are going unchallenged. Sharing.
Thank you, Laura. If you get a thread going on it, let me know. Peace!
