I was actually surprised at Germany's position. I thought it would have fallen around where Spain does. I'm probably thinking more pre-unification with the East.
Anyway, we are having a somewhat jobless "recovery" and most of the jobs coming online are low-paying. That 24.8 figure could end up being much lower once millions of jobs are added back that are lower than the ones lost.
