It is not illegal to not comply. The checkpoints are unconstitutional. There must be reasonable suspicion or probable cause. They cannot make it illegal for one to move about the nation freely. We are not at war. There is no martial law. There is no reason for declaring martial law. Bad foreign policy causes "terrorism." FBI entrapment and CIA/DIA false-flags are used to create the appearance of terrorist threats so the military-industrial-corporate-banking kleptocracy can thrive before it dies, and it will die, thank God.
