SOCEphobia: definition

SOCEphobia, also socephobia: pronounced "sock'-uh-foh-bee-uh," is a noun meaning the persistent, irrational fear of Sexual-Orientation-Change Efforts (SOCE).

SOCEphobia is typically associated with hypersensitivity. Those suffering from SOCEphobia are usually quick irrationally to assign harm and damage to SOCE.

The "hyper" in the hypersensitivity mentioned above extends to hyperactivity and extreme blockage manifesting, for one, also as attention deficiency wherein many with Same-Sex Attraction (SSA) do not calm down to focus on positive results of SOCE but rather often panic at the thought of such change.
