The next generation of surveillance [VIDEO]?

Privacy, what privacy? This "The next generation of surveillance [VIDEO]" represents the ultra-cheap version. They can do the rest of the electromagnetic spectrum from higher up and with even greater resolution. It was reported decades ago that they could read the date on a coin (a US quarter) from satellites. The issues are coverage in real time, memory, and user interface. Cheaper (off the shelf) gets them more of all of that conflating into one system.
