The death penalty is inadmissible because it is hypocritical

According to the new entry in the catechism: "the death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person."

Dignity is irrelevant. Not being hypocritical is relevant.

Anyway, is getting rid of the idiotic "just war" theory next? We can pray.
