Lousy "journalism": Russian arrests of foreign businessmen shocks Western investors

They are accused of defrauding Vostochny Bank of at least 2.5 billion rubles ($37.7 million). All of them deny any wrongdoing and blame the case on a shareholder dispute. [Source]

Why didn't the article go into detail on that (telling both sides in detail) rather than being hyperbolic?

The article is written as if it's been proven that all of them have done nothing wrong. How could Andrea Palasciano of AFP know? Therefore, the article is false propaganda rather than proper reporting.

There isn't even one question about the governments' grounds for detailing anyone. Maybe the Russian government has perfectly reasonable cause. You can't tell from the reporting.

I hate bad journalism/blatant false-propaganda.
