If you feel overwhelmed, check in with your priorities—there's only one of you, and stretching yourself too thin can lead to burnout. It's okay to say, "Sorry, I'm busy."

I'm not saying you're wrong to have quoted it here, but I would appreciate it if you would elaborate on what you see as the relevance or connection.
